The Bioboox is a modular, off-grid biodiesel refinery. It uses it's own waste stream, glycerin to produce processing heat, and burns its own supply of bioidiesel to produce the required electricity. Additional electricity comes from solar panels, and any required water is captured from the roof.
In short, the Biobox is a closed-loop system--waste fuel, catalyst and alcohol go in, and fuel comes out. The box can be moved in a day and set up at any feedstock source, or any remote location in need of fuel.
Our client, Greenline Environmental, will begin construction of the box in November 2009.
